  • Handle Care - Do not soak the wooden handle. After washing, dry the handle immediately with a soft cloth to prevent warping.

Cleaning Tips:

  • Removing Stuck-On Food - Burnt or stuck food may result from excessive heat or insufficient moisture. To remove, soak the pan and use baking soda with a soft sponge.
  • Avoid Reheating Residue - Always clean off previous food before cooking. Residue and overheating can lead to stubborn sticking and discoloration.
  • Oil Stains - To remove oil buildup, fill the pan with enough water to cover the base, add 1 tbsp of baking soda and mild dish soap, and simmer for 15 minutes. For stubborn stains, we recommend using our Enamel Cookware Cleaner for optimal results.
