We currently deliver within the Philippines only.
Order Processing
All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed during non-business days will be processed on the next working day.
No deliveries during weekends and holidays.
Please note: During peak periods or promotions, processing may take an additional 1-2 days.

Delivery Attempts, Delays & Unforeseen Issues
Our courier partners will attempt delivery to the address provided. If the recipient is unavailable, they may coordinate a redelivery or a new delivery schedule. To prevent delays, please ensure your delivery address and contact details are complete and accurate.
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier issues, or circumstances beyond our control. In cases of significant delay, our team will reach out with updates.
