For Sengoku Aladdin or Vermicular products, please review the specific warranty information below before processing a return or exchange.
In-Store Purchases
We accept exchanges for defective items within the stated warranty period of each product.
To be eligible:

An original receipt is required for all returns

Returns or exchanges are allowed for defective items only

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind.
To process an exchange:
Please visit us at Mitsukoshi BGC or email us at service@modo.ph with details and proof of purchase.
Online Purchases
If you received a defective item from our website, we’ll help you return it.
Returns are accepted for the following:
- The item is within the product's warranty period.
- It is unused, in original packaging, and includes proof of purchase.
Steps to request a return:
- Email service@modo.ph with your order number and photos of the issue.
- Wait for a response and return instructions from our team.
- Once approved, return the item to us for inspection.
- Refunds or replacements will be processed accordingly.
Important Notes
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- We do not accept returns on food and beverage items (e.g., coffee, tea)
- Items must be returned in original condition with complete packaging
- Shipping fees for returns may be waived if the item is proven defective
Warranty Service
Sengoku Aladdin Warranty

The warranty is applicable only against manufacturing faults for one (1) year from the date of purchase.

Please retain the original purchase receipt, as you will need to present the receipt at the point of servicing.
Terms and Conditions

If you have followed the instructions in the user manual but still have a problem using the appliance, please contact service@modo.ph accordingly.

You must retain and present the purchase receipt as proof of purchase when requesting warranty service.

Warranty is one (1) year, counting from the purchase date as shown on the purchase receipt from authorized dealers.

Customers are required to bring in the appliance to the service center for service.

The warranty is VOID if the product is damaged under the following circumstances:

- not used properly and did not follow the guidelines in this user manual.
- found to have been dismantled without prior authorization.
- damaged due to misuse or negligence.
- damaged due to force majeure like earthquake, thunder, flood, war.
- used for commercial purposes or under abnormal household use situations.
- improper care, like never cleaning the product.
- do not revise this user manual.
- damage originated from cooking oil/ingredients entered into the main unit.

Warranty does not cover consumable parts (e.g. toasting net, double grill pans, grill rack). The consumable parts are available for purchase.
Vermicular Warranty
- VERMICULAR warrants that for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase, this product will be free from defects in material and workmanship. VERMICULAR, at its option, will repair or replace this product found to be defective during the warranty period.
- This warranty is valid for the original retail purchaser and is not transferable. Please keep the original sales receipt. Proof of purchase is required to obtain warranty service.
- This warranty is extended to the owner of this product for personal household use only. This warranty does not apply to products used for commercial, rental, or resale purposes.
- To qualify for this warranty, the customer is responsible for ensuring that the operating instructions and safety precautions with regard to use, cleaning, and maintenance of the product have been strictly observed and followed.
- This warranty is valid in the Philippines only.
Terms and Conditions

Exclusions - This warranty does not cover and specifically excludes breaches of the warranted elements caused by or due to factors and conditions beyond normal use, including events beyond the control of VERMICULAR, including, without limitation, any of the following:

- negligent use or misuse of the product,
- mishandling of the product, including drops,
- use on improper voltage or current,
- exposure to abnormal or extreme conditions,
- disassembly, repair, or alteration by anyone other than VERMICULAR or authorized representatives.

Further, the warranty does not cover: acts of God or other force majeure events, including but not limited to fire, flood, hurricanes, and tornadoes.
VERMICULAR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE EITHER IN CONTRACT OR TORT FOR INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES OR LOST REVENUE, LOST PROFITS, OR LOSS OF USE UNDER ANY THEORY OF LAW.
