We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, pricing, and images are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that all details are error-free. In the event of a mistake, we reserve the right to correct it and update your order accordingly.

Some items may be limited in quantity or sold on a pre-order basis. Availability is not guaranteed until confirmed.


3. Orders & Payments

Orders are confirmed once full payment is received via our accepted payment methods (credit/debit cards, GCash, bank transfer).

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including but not limited to:

  • Suspected fraud
  • Incorrect pricing
  • Product unavailability

If your payment fails or is flagged for review, we may contact you for verification before fulfilling the order.



    4. Shipping & Delivery

    Shipping is available throughout the Philippines. Delivery timelines are estimates only, and delays caused by couriers or external factors are beyond our control.

    You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. MODO is not liable for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect information.

      Our full Returns & Exchange Policy is available on our website.

      We only accept returns or exchanges for defective products, and only within the applicable warranty period. Items must be unused and in original packaging. We do not offer returns for change of mind.

        Your personal information is protected under our Privacy Policy. By using our site and placing orders, you consent to the collection and use of data as described there.

            All items are intended for domestic use only unless otherwise stated. It is the customer’s responsibility to follow proper care and usage guidelines.

              These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising shall be handled by the appropriate courts of Makati City.
