Product Care
  • Always use on a flat, stable surface and avoid dropping or striking against hard surfaces to prevent damage to the glass body or cast-iron handle.
  • Heat-resistant up to 160ºC (320ºF). Do not place in the oven. Avoid direct flame or high heat to prevent damage.
  • Avoid using metal cooking tools and abrasive cleaners. While dishwasher-safe, handwashing is recommended for cleaning. Avoid soaking in water after cooking. Clean the lid using mild dish soap and a soft sponge, and dry it thoroughly after washing.
