Product Care
  • Always use on a flat, stable surface and avoid dropping or striking against hard surfaces to prevent damage to the stainless steel lid.
  • Heat-resistant up to 300ºC (570ºF). Avoid direct flame or high heat to prevent damage. Do not use Yukihira in the oven.
    Avoid using metal cooking tools and abrasive cleaners. While dishwasher-safe, handwashing is recommended for cleaning.
  • Avoid soaking in water after cooking. Clean the lid using mild dish soap and a soft sponge, and dry it thoroughly after washing.
