Product Care

Matcha Bowl

  • Dishwasher safe (bowl only)
  • Detergent safe (bowl only)
  • Not suitable for bleach or harsh cleaners
  • Avoid sudden temperature changes to prevent cracking
  • Handwashing is recommended for longevity
  • Store in a dry place to prevent moisture damage

Chasen (Bamboo Whisk)

  • Rinse gently with warm water after each use
  • Do not use soap or detergent, or the dishwasher
  • Stand upright or on a whisk holder to air dry
  • Do not store in the container it was shipped in to avoid mold or discoloration
  • Store in a well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight
  • Cracks and fissures may naturally occur in the bamboo handle, but it does not affect the usability of the whisk

Matcha Sticks (2g each)

  • Store at room temperature, away from strong odors, heat, and humidity.
  • Tea naturally loses its flavor over time when exposed to air.
  • After opening, transfer the contents to an airtight container and consume promptly for optimal taste.
