Product Care
  • Always handwash with a soft sponge; avoid abrasive cleaners or metal pads.
  • Do not use metal utensils. Use wooden or silicone tools to protect the enamel surface.
  • A hand blender may be used, but avoid direct contact with the enamel.
  • Do not soak the wooden handle. Dry immediately after washing to prevent warping.
  • Do not place the Soup Pot in a dishwasher, as the wooden handle may be damaged.
  • The enamel is glass-based and may chip if dropped or struck against hard surfaces.
  • Avoid high flames that extend beyond the base to prevent burning the wooden handle.
  • Do not overheat an empty pan, as this may damage the enamel coating.
  • The pot and lid contact area is not enamel-coated; dry thoroughly to prevent rust. Apply a thin layer of cooking oil to the rim to prevent rust. If rust appears, clean gently with baking soda or a soft cleanser.
