Ingredients

• 1 slice of white bread (shokupan)
• Grainy mustard
• 2 small sausages
• Mayonnaise
• Pizza cheese
• Cooking oil
• 1 pc egg
• Grated parmesan cheese
• Black pepper (coarsely ground)

Directions

1. Spread grainy mustard over the slice of bread, then arrange the diagonally sliced sausages on top.
2. Drizzle mayonnaise and sprinkle shredded pizza cheese over the sausages.
3. Grease a heatproof dish with a little cooking oil, then crack the egg into it.
4. Place both the toast (from step 2) and the egg (from step 3) on top of the grill and bake at 220°C for about 7 min.
5. Once cooked, place the fried egg on top of the toast, then sprinkle with grated parmesan and black pepper.
