Ingredients
- 1 pc spring chicken (500g)
- 1/2 pcs onion slices
- 1 tsp butter
- Chopped black pepper
- 1 pinch thyme
Marinage
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp red pepper powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp crushed black pepper
- 2 tsp red wine vinegar
- 2 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp dark soy sauce
Directions
- Wash the spring chicken and cut off the tail, backbone and neck.
- Turn the chicken over, lay it flat, and drain the water with kitchen paper.
- Mix the marinade ingredients and spread evenly over the chicken and marinate for 15 minutes.
- Place onion slices on the grill pan and top with chicken.
- Place butter, chopped black pepper and thyme on the surface of the chicken.
- Preheat oven to 160°C for 1 minute.
- Cover and bake in oven for 30 minutes.
- Let cool slightly before cutting into pieces and serving on a plate.
