Ingredients
  • 4-5 spare rib blocks
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp strawberry jam
  • 100 ml red wine
  • 3 pc small potato
  • 1/4 red bell pepper
  • 5 broccoli florets
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 swirl olive oil

Directions
  1. In a plastic bag, combine the salt, cumin powder, minced garlic, soy sauce, strawberry jam, and red wine.
  2. Add the spare ribs to the bag and mix well to coat. Let them marinate at room temperature for 3 hours.
  3. While the ribs are marinating, prepare the vegetables. Cut the potatoes in half, slice the red bell pepper into thin strips, and cut the broccoli into small pieces.
  4. Once marinated, place the spare ribs on the grill pan along with the prepared vegetables. Sprinkle a little salt over the vegetables and drizzle with olive oil.
  5. Cover with the grill lid and cook at 260°C for 10 to 15 minutes, or until the ribs are cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
