Ingredients
- 4-5 spare rib blocks
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp strawberry jam
- 100 ml red wine
- 3 pc small potato
- 1/4 red bell pepper
- 5 broccoli florets
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 swirl olive oil
Directions
- In a plastic bag, combine the salt, cumin powder, minced garlic, soy sauce, strawberry jam, and red wine.
- Add the spare ribs to the bag and mix well to coat. Let them marinate at room temperature for 3 hours.
- While the ribs are marinating, prepare the vegetables. Cut the potatoes in half, slice the red bell pepper into thin strips, and cut the broccoli into small pieces.
- Once marinated, place the spare ribs on the grill pan along with the prepared vegetables. Sprinkle a little salt over the vegetables and drizzle with olive oil.
- Cover with the grill lid and cook at 260°C for 10 to 15 minutes, or until the ribs are cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
