Ingredients
- Matcha Powder 3g (2 tsp, 1.5 tbsp)
- Hot Water 100ml (80ºC)
- Milk 100 ml (warm/foamed)
Directions
- Sift 3g of matcha
- Pour in 100 ml of hot water
- Whisk vigorously for 15 seconds, making an “M” shape
- Add in warm/foamed milk
