Ingredients
  • Matcha Powder 3g (2 tsp, 1.5 tbsp)
  • Hot Water 100ml (80ºC)
  • Milk 100 ml (warm/foamed)

Directions
  1. Sift 3g of matcha
  2. Pour in 100 ml of hot water
  3. Whisk vigorously for 15 seconds, making an “M” shape
  4. Add in warm/foamed milk
